JAMES - OWNER
James (Jamey) has worked in the bicycle industry since 1995 and started Chain Reaction in 2006. He's an avid road, mountain and cyclocross racer, and his watts per kg are the highest of anyone in the store. He's also the highest level in Zwift, but don't let that fool you - he knows how to handle a bike!
NATE - MANAGER
When Nate isn't checking in inventory, he loves nothing more than schralping zesty berms, sending major gaps, and writing about himself in the third person. Despite his sometimes crazy hippy appearance, Nate is a master level wheelbuilder and experienced in all aspects of the bike shop workplace.
TOM - SERVICE & SALES
Tom is our special ops warranty, shipping, and landscaping guy. His ninja abilities are also evident in the service center, sales floor, and race scene - where his deadly finishing sprint is legendary. Tom has also been known to remove SRAM DUB cranks with his bare hands.
AMBER - FIT SPECIALIST
JEREMIAH - SERVICE
Every shop needs a wizard, and Jeremiah is the Merlin of Chain Reaction. He's been working on bikes longer than some of our crew have been alive, and it shows in his unparalleled bike knowledge. Although he is an industry veteran, Jeremiah remains humble about his seemingly magical wrenching abilities.
PELLE - SERVICE & SALES
Pelle may be one of the younger members of our crew, but if you've ever witnessed his wrenching ability (not to mention his bike handling skills!) you'd swear he'd been around bikes most of his life... And you'd be right.
ELLISON - SERVICE & SALES
Easily recognizable as the tallest member of our crew, you may be shocked to hear that Ellison is still in high school. While not deflecting tall jokes, Ellison can be found working on bikes, helping clients, or stocking the shelves - all of which he does with equal prowess.
TANK - MR. SATURDAY
If you come in on Saturday you'll likely meet Tank. From Customer to Employee Tank is just a guy who loves every aspect of mountain biking! He is always happy to talk bikes and share his experience with our customers.
