JAMES - OWNER
James (Jamey) has worked in the bicycle industry since 1995 and started Chain Reaction in 2006. He's an avid road, mountain and cyclocross racer, and his watts per kg are the highest of anyone in the store. He's also the highest level in Zwift, but don't let that fool you - he knows how to handle a bike!
NATE - MANAGER
When Nate isn't checking in inventory, he loves nothing more than shralping zesty berms, sending major gaps, and writing about himself in the third person. Despite his sometimes crazy hippy appearance, Nate is a master level wheelbuilder and experienced in all aspects of the bike shop workplace.
ZAC - SERVICE
There are few people as passionate for cycling as Zac, and this shows through his meticulous service work and extensive product knowledge. Zac loves racing and competes in every season, letting his majestic mullet flow fleekly in the Alaskan breeze.
BRANDEN (BRONCO) - SERVICE & SALES
A newcomer to Chain Reaction, Branden has made a big splash with his thick glasses, crazy wit, and easygoing attitude. Don't let that fool you though - Branden is a beast on the bike and an expert in the service center.
TOM - SERVICE & SALES
Tom is our special ops warranty, shipping, and landscaping guy. His ninja abilities are also evident in the service center, sales floor, and race scene - where his deadly finishing sprint is legendary. Tom has also been known to remove SRAM DUB cranks with his bare hands.
JEREMIAH - SERVICE
Every shop needs a wizard, and Jeremiah is the Merlin of Chain Reaction. He's been working on bikes longer than some of our crew have been alive, and it shows in his unparalleled bike knowledge. Although he is an industry veteran, Jeremiah remains humble about his seemingly magical wrenching abilities.
AMBER - FIT SPECIALIST
NOAH - SALES
Noah is our part time sales wrench, but a full time cool guy. When he's not at Chain Reaction, you can find him pointing his ski tips down gnarly slopes or dominating the local XC running races. He also has the most Instagram followers of anyone at CRC.
