PILATES - $15/hr
  • PHYSICAL FITNESS SYSTEM Developed by Joseph Pilates, started in USA 1920's

  • CORE CONDITIONING:

    • Strengthen and Lengthen muscles through specific exercises coupled with breathing patterns​ using specific techniques

    • Increase Performance and Comfort (not limited to cycling specific)

    • Prevent and/or Minimize Pain and Injury

  • FORMAT:

    • MAT - Small group practice (10 max)

    • BALL - Small and/or Large exercise Balls Provided!​

    • Limited supply of yoga mats available

    • Dress Yoga Style 

  • LOCATED IN FIT STUDIO: Pay at register, Drop-in class fee listed above; see schedule for details. 

CRC CYCLE - $15
  • SPIN CLASSES designed to help you increase your CARDIO FITNESS AND COMFORT on your own bike!

  • GET FIT/GAIN KNOWLEDGE

    • Increase your performance and efficiency through Low Impact, High Intensity Interval workout. 

    • Learn PRE, Heart Rate Zones, Cadence and Good Form.

  • FORMAT: ​

    • 1HR Workout includes

      • Warm-up 5-10min

      • Mainset 45min

      • Cooldown​ 5-10min

    • Bring your OWN GEAR:

      • BIKE and TRAINER and Riser Block 

      • Limited supply of trainers available

  • LOCATED in CYCLE STUDIO

    • Synchronized Music and Fun Lights for your enjoyment!

    • USE BACK ENTRANCE:  (cycle studio has its own entrance to enter and exit with your gear) ​

    • Arrive 10 minutes early for setting up gear.  

    • Pay at register, Drop-in class fee listed above; see schedule for details.

      • 11:45am-12:15pm

      • $7.50 pilates 30 - 30min core burn (before CRC cycle)

  • CRC CYCLE​ $15/hr

    • SATURDAY'S​​ only

      • 12:30pm-1:30pm​

  • SATURDAY CRC COMBO CLASSES:

    • Come for one or stay for three: $20 COMBO
      • 11:45a-12:15p Pilates ​​
      • 12:30p-1:30p Cycle
      • 1:45p-2:15p optional group RUN 1-3miles (outside weather permitting)
  • START/END DATES:
    • Last Class: Wednesday 2/26
